The advanced materials, based on piezoelectric and nanotechnology approaches and their numerous applications are very important for modern science and techniques. Fast development of used theoretical, experimental and numerical methods caused by improvement of experimental equipment, theoretical and numerical approaches and computer hard- and software are analyzed.
