Ulrike Roesler war Mitarbeiterin im DFG-Projekt „Die Neudeutsche Schule“ und ist nun Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Musikwissenschaft der Hf M Weimar im DFG-Projekt „Das Liszt-Bild in der zeitgenössischen Musikpublizistik“.
