James G. Thomas, Jr. is a native of Charlotte, NC. He grew up across the street from a minor league baseball stadium and has maintained a love for the game despite being cut from his ninth-grade baseball team. A lover of all sports, James ran track at NC State University while majoring in engineering. Now a retired sales executive, James resides in Emerald Isle, NC and enjoys golf, biking, writing, and spending time on the beach. James has been married to Angela, the love of his life, for 38 years and has two daughters and three grandchildren.
