Volume 19 begins by exploring differential diagnosis, a compilation of diagnostic possibilities, typically through the medium of evaluation of the prior probability of a specific diagnosis, given a particular test result (so-called Bayesian analysis). The authors discuss corticosteroids which have become indispensable in the treatment of a number of dermatological conditions. The advancement of newer steroid molecules with their vast anti-inflammatory, anti-mitotic, immunosuppressive and vasoconstrictive actions has completely changed dermatology. This compilation also addresses angiogenesis or neovascularization, the physiological process involving the sprouting of new blood vessels from pre-existing ones. These processes are vital for tissue development and wound healing in damaged tissues. Bovine mastitis in India in India is studied, particularly the diagnostic techniques used for the rapid detection of microorganisms from bovine mastitic milk. This collection covers some issues related to the acetabulum, such as the treatment of acetabular fractures which affect the anterior column, the modified Stoppa technique in acetabular fractures, and the surgical treatment of displaced acetabular fractures with a pararectus approach.
