Christopher Adam-Bagley is a Muslim-Quaker, and Emeritus Professor of Social Science at the University of Southampton, UK. He held research chairs in Child Welfare and Social Policy at the University of Calgary, Canada, and City University of Hong Kong. He is the author of more than 20 books, including Equality and Ethnic Identities: Studies of Self-Concept, Child Abuse and Education in a Changing English Culture (with Dr Alice Sawyerr, 2017).Mahmoud Abubaker is Lecturer in International Human Resources Management at the Leeds Business School of Leeds Beckett University, UK. He previously taught Business Studies at Al Aqsa University, Gaza, for several years, and holds a doctorate in International Human Resources from Bradford University, UK. He has published academic studies of employment discrimination in Europe.
