Additionally, he has authored over 90 peer-reviewed articles and advised several startups in the field of STEM-based education, robotics, and smart homes. He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and a Distinguished Speaker for the Association for Computing Machinery and serves as an editor and reviewer for a number of journals.
