Stefan Bouzarovski is Professor of Geography at the University of Manchester, where he leads the Collaboratory for Urban Resilience and Energy within the Manchester Urban Institute. He is also an External Professor at the Institute of Geography, University of Gdańsk, Poland, and a Visiting Professor at the Department of Geography, University of Bergen, Norway. Stefan Bouzarovski chairs the European Energy Poverty Observatory and a COST network titled ‘Energy Poverty Action’.
