He received his A.B. degree in political science from Syracuse University in 1972, his M.B.A. from Georgia State University in 1978, and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1981. Mr Baker: is the Managing Member of Coronat Services, LLC (www.coronatservices.com), which provides educational, strategic planning, business advisory, and corporate governance services; is the Chairman and Chief Executive Office of Boncrest Resource Group, Inc. (www.boncrest.org), a tax exempt organization dedicated to developing charitable opportunities for the benefit of the public through innovative organizational structures and creative financing; and continues to practice law as a Senior Counsel at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C., a prominent national health law firm.
