The emotion of anger and rage is sweeping our society, resulting in damaged relationships, uncontrolled reactions, and horrific crimes. Anger is a normal emotion which we all experience–the key being how we process our anger. It must be identified and dealt with, not repressed and allowed to simmer, resulting in the eruption of rage.
