Michael J. Hervey, II M.D; A family Medicine physician with a strong emphasis on Obstetrics and Inpatient medicine, is from St. Louis Missouri, where he attended Chaminade College Preparatory. From St. Louis, he spent 10 months enlisted in the Navy in the rigorous Broadened Opportunity for Officer Selection and Training (BOOST) program, until he left to go to Morehouse College for Pre-Med. Overcoming surmounting odds, Michael Found himself at Harvard Division of Continuing Education, and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS) obtaining a Masters in Biology. From there Michael went to University of Virginia for School of Medicine, and then on to the University of Minnesota St. Joseph’s Family Medicine Residency. Michael has been honored by numerous awards through his matriculation, but his most rewarding accomplishment came in January of 2007. Michael had his first child, Michael J. Hervey III.
