My background in the construction and maintenance industries extends itself throughout my entire working career. Therefore, I felt this type of book should be written by a person who can offer as well as validate various instructional points-of-views from the construction and maintenance fields. This comes from having a vast array of knowledge and experiences within those fields for more than thirty-three (33) years.

So, I took a chance on writing this book in order to share some of my wisdoms and diversified career experiences. All of the points of views I have written about in this book are supported by professional and industry-based standards.
