Writing this novelette I am thankful for Christ for giving me an insight into the writing of the Novel. There are 3 Genres of the Novel. They are, a Painting-Novel, Narrative-Novel and a Philosophical-Novel. A Painting novel is a painting of words. The writer ornaments and decorates the language A painting novel is made up of figures of speech. A Narrative novel involves characters and time Time is  is classified into Narrative time the inner consciousness of the writer and symbolic time is the lived time. Philosophical-novel is the play of language. The writer uses puns, allusions, parables, idioms and neologisms, It also involves reinterpreting old texts.
