Earlier served as Vice-Chancellor of Allahabad University and Director, Govind Ballabh Pant Social Science Institute, Allahabad. T.N. Sinha first Ph.D. awardee under Prof. J.B.R Sinha from Patna University, is an honorary Professor of Human Resource Management at ASSERT Institute of Management Studies, Patna. Recently, Dr. Sinha retired as Professor and Head of the Psychology Department from B.S. College Danapur, Patna (MU). Arvind K. Sinha currently a Professor of Psychology at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur worked under supervision of Dr. Jai B.R Sinha and earned his Ph.D. degree from the Patna University in 1981.
