This two-volume set constitutes selected papers presented during the First First International Conference on Science, Engineering Management and Information Technology, SEMIT 2022, held virtually in Ankara, Turkey, in February 2-3, 2022 and in September 8-9, 2022. The 37 papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from the 261 qualified submissions.
