Bob Mac Kenzie is a Visiting Professor at the University of Chichester. For the past 12 years, he has been Commissioning Editor of, and regular contributor to, AMED’s quarterly journal Organisations and People (e-O&P online since 2008), and Convenor of the AMED Writers’ Group. He has written extensively for an academic, practitioner and policy-making readership.    Rob Warwick is a Professor in Management and Organisational Learning at the University of Chichester. Before entering academia, he worked with the Department of Health on healthcare policy in a variety of management positions. He has co-edited three editions of e-O&P and is currently co-editing a special edition of the Sage Journal Action Research.
