Community minder Mr Grumblebum notices a lot of Graffiti being sprayed around his home town of Farleigh and decides he should try to do something about it. With the support of the Local Council who supply the “Graffiti Buster” van, Mr Grumblebum sets out to remove all the graffiti around town. He soon works out that as soon as he removes the horrible graffiti it seems to reappear a couple of days later. Mr Grumblebum then sets out to catch the Graffiti Gang “red-handed” and convince them that graffiti is spoiling the beautiful town. He has a number of plans and confides with his loyal cat Foo.
