It signposts all competency development and training needs at the basic, intermediate, and advanced levels of knowledge, skills, and abilities. His experience covers the design, implementation and management of major programmes and projects in support of Sustainable Development Goals, National Medium Term Development Plan, National Development Strategy and Policy Agendas, Poverty Reduction Strategy, European Development Fund Programmes and Multi-Donor Trust Fund Programmes.
