Evan Lau serves as the Associate Professor and Managing Editor for International Journal of Business and Society (IJBS) in Faculty of Economics and Business, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). His journal article publications stand at 88 and he has 60 post-graduate students under his supervision while examining 44 postgraduate theses. He has been invited to speak at numerous international conferences and also an active workshop instructor. He has been awarded a total of 27 research grants to date. He is listed in the Top 10% economists in Malaysia and the Top 12% in Asia by the Research Papers in Economics (Re PEc) database and among the highly cited authors in UNIMAS.
Biagio Simonetti received his Ph D in Computational Statistics. He is Associate professor in Statistics at the Università degli Studi del Sannio and also a professor in Statistics and Statistics for Business. His research interests focus on Multivariate Statistical Methods with particular attention to Correspondence Analysis applied to problem of the evaluation of the Customer Satisfaction. He serves on the program and organizing committees of conferences in the field of Multivariate Methods and Decision Theory. He is author of more than 40 conference and high impact factor journal papers as Journal of Multivariate Analysis, Journal of Applied Statistics and Communication in Statistics – Theory and Methods; Journal of Statistical Planning and Inference; International Business Review; European Management Journal. He’s coordinator several international projects.
Irwan Trinugroho is an associate professor of finance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sebelas Maret (FEB UNS), Indonesia. He was the UNS best lecturer in 2015 and 2018 as well as UNS best scholar in 2015 and 2016. He has published a number of papers in reputable journals including Journal of Financial Stability, Global Finance Journal, Research in International Business and Finance, Borsa Istanbul Review, Economics Bulletin, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade, Singapore Economic Review and Journal of Asia Business Studies. Irwan is the editor-in-chief of International Journal of Governance and Financial Intermediation and serves as the managing editor to the International Journal of Economic Policy in Emerging Economies. He also serves as editorial board members in some journals such as Eurasian Economic Review, Journal of Asia Business Studies, International Journal of Economics and management, International Journal of Monetary Economics and Finance and International Journal of Education Economics and Development. Irwan is also currently the vice president for program and international affairs of the Indonesian Finance Association (IFA).
Lee Ming Tan is the founder of East Asia Research and he obtained his Master of Applied Finance from the University of Adelaide. He is deeply interested in how humans functionand react with each other. An insight into how people’s minds think and how they work together is invaluable in just about every field. Outside of work, Anthony Tan enjoys outdoor activities and occasional computer games.
