Jane Cleere Johnson is the mother of six children, grandmother of nine. She is a long-time member of The Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, is a graduate of The Institute of Children’s Literature, and has had stories published in children’s magazines like The Friend and knowonder! She has a BA in English and American Literature and an MS in Special Education. Jane worked as a teacher of remarkable children for many years and is now retired.
