Sobre o autor

Javier Miranda, for over two decades, has worked closely with those in need behind bars, coordinating seminars and workshops on HIV/AIDS awareness, aggression replacement, and substance abuse prevention. In addition to Out of the Wilderness, he developed the Path Out of the Wilderness Mentoring Program, a program that promotes community involvement in the rehabilitation of prisoners. He holds a BA degree from Bard College and a masters degree from NYTS.
