Jeremy Hernandez” primary talent has always been drawing. Art was a big part of his life. Ever since the first time he picked up a pencil, ( Around the age of 3. ) he knew that someday he would create portraits from his mind, that he could share with the rest of the world. Rather it be on canvas, or in text. Beautiful, or hideous. But all with passion. He graduated from high school at the early age of 15; offered the chance to attend an art school in Anaheim, Ca. But “regretfully” turned down the offer do to personal issues. The author say”s : ” Art will always be an important subject in my life. Though literature is my one TRUE calling. As there is just so many things that can be expressed in words, that is near impossible to project in drawings, movies, and even in real life.” Will”s Lament: BOOK 1 is Jeremy”s first published novel. Which he had been working on, off and on, for the past 7-8 years. The book also includes all the author/artist”s own illustrations. Including the book cover, as well. Though he recently suffered an injury to his left hand ( the hand he draws with ) that required surgery to reattach a severed tendon. And is now awaiting the day he can draw, again. Jeremy Hernandez is 23 years-old and was born in San Francisco, CA. He was raised in Fresno, CA from the time he was a baby, up until he was 19 years-old. And now resides in Sturgeon Bay, WI.
