Today, innovation is the main driver for economic success. Nevertheless, only very few manage to maintain innovative momentum, especially those that work to invent something that is very financially lucrative.
But how do we really become innovative and maintain it? To maintain innovative momentum, you need to adopt a completely different approach to innovation than most books on the subject would have you believe. But don’t say you weren’t warned as this process is far more challenging and demanding than any of the approaches out there.
Lars Behrendt, graduate engineer, and leader of an internationally active innovation firm, provides his perspective from over two decades of professional experience on how successful innovation works and what consequences it may have.
This book results from numerous innovation projects with well-known DAX corporations, Fortune 500 companies, and over 50 start-ups, along with the tireless development of our own innovation culture.
If you really want to learn what it takes to become innovative, this book will help you find the right path in an open, honest, and direct way with real practical experience.
