Filipe dos Reis is Assistant Professor of Geopolitics and Connectivity at the Department for International Relations and International Organization, University of Groningen. He has been research fellow at the University of Erfurt where he also earned his Ph D. Has published widely on international law, on maps and imperial Germany, and is editor of The Politics of Translation in International Relations (forthcoming, Palgrave Macmillan).
