Vietnam was not all guns and jungles, the other side of the war was just as dangerous. Drugs and race relations in the rear echelons made survival difficult. A soldier had to find a way to cope with the 365 day tour; and Manoi a puppy; was one soldiers answer. A trusting companion and friend he couldnt leave behind.
