He pitched for the Giants from 1983 to 1989. Brandon Crawford became the Giants” everyday shortstop in 2012. He won back-to-back Gold Glove awards for defensive excellence in 2015-16 and was named a Silver Slugger recipient as the National League”s top offensive performer at his position in 2015.
