Healthy Days, takes children through various important areas of living healthy. The Wellness Continuum is used to focus on key health topics such as nutrition, exercise, sharing, learning, cleanliness, safety, and spiritual health.

As an educator herself, Ranelle L. Brew, Ed.D., recognizes the importance of teaching health to all age groups, especially youth. Dr. Brew is currently an Assistant Professor in the College of Health Professions at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI. Dr. Brew is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City with a Doctorate in Health Education and Southern Connecticut State University with a BS in Public Health. She is active in health education on many levels including sitting on the board of directors for state and local organizations including the Kent ISD and the Michigan Public Health Association. At GVSU she is the director of a health professions summer camp, s Ha Pe (Summer Health Activities and Professions Exploration) that provides urban middle school students exposure to health careers in a college setting. Annually she travels worldwide with undergraduate students to rural health settings to work in under-served areas including Africa, China and the Philippines.
