Sobre o autor

Shadia J. Ikhmayies had received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the physics department at the University
of Jordan in 1983 and 1987, respectively, and the Ph.D. in producing Cd S/Cd Te
thin-film photovoltaic solar cells from the same department and the same
university in 2002. She worked as a member of the academic staff in several universities in Jordan. Her research is focused on producing and characterizing

semiconductor thin films and thin-film Cd S/Cd Te solar cells. Besides, she works
in characterizing different materials by computation.
