About the author

Richard J. Walter is professor emeritus of history at Washington University in St. Louis. He has written four books and numerous articles on the modern political history of Argentina. Two prvious novels are Twisted Tango and Evita’s Revenge. He lives in St. Louis with his wife Susana.
