This book collects the proceedings of the International Congress on Health Sciences and Medical Technologies (ICHSMT), held in Tlemcen, Algeria, from December 5 to 7, 2019. Despre autor
Professor Abdeldjalil Khelassi is an Associate Professor at the Abou Bakr Belkaïd University of Tlemcen, Algeria. He received his Doctor in Science, Magister, and Engineer degrees in Computer Sciences from the Department of Computer Science at Tlemcen University. His research interest includes cognitive systems, knowledge-based systems, case-based reasoning, distributed reasoning, fuzzy sets theory, and health science. He is the Managing Editor of Medical Technologies Journal and the co-Editor-in-chief of Electronic Physician Journal.
Professor Vania Vieira Estrela is currently a member of the faculty in the Department of Telecommunications at Federal Fluminense University (UFF), Brazil. Professor Estrela obtained her B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), an M.Sc. in ECE from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) and Northwestern University, and her Ph.D. in ECE from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). She has taught at De Vry University, State University of Northern Rio de Janeiro (UENF), and the West Zone State University, Brazil. Her research interests include signal/image/video processing, inverse problems, computational and mathematical modeling, stochastic models, multimedia, electronic instrumentation, computational intelligence, automated vehicles, machine learning, and remote sensing. She is an Editor for the International Journal of Ambient Computing and Intelligence, International Journal on Computational Science & Applications, and the EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, and a member of the IEEE and ACM.
