Just as Bobby was pulling away from the loading dock with his pickup full of supplies, he noticed the old ladys crumpled form sprawled on the sidewalk across the street. Bobby Parker was not prepared to interrupt his busy Saturday plans to rescue eighty-year-old Emma Manchester from a slushy fall that early March morning. Changing his plans for the day led to monumental changes in the young carpenters life, as well as in many others. While repairing Emmas decrepit house, Bobby befriended the elderly woman.
