Dr. Bracy has lived through the era of ‘Jim Crowism’ and is a witness to its negative effects.Dr. Bracy received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee and his master’s and doctorate in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.
