I really love teaching people how to feel better about and I would love to get to know you personally.
I have a simple goal in life. My aim for everyone who I meet is that they feel a little bit better than they did before they met me. This is especially true for those people who feel sad, depressed and lonely, as I did before I understood something about the ideas in this book.
As a reformed introvert who used to be unbelievably shy, my aim is to help people to speak in front of a group confidently and memorably so that they can communicate their important message with joy, fun and enthusiasm.
I think that we can all influence the world in a positive way.
