Dr. K.S. Dhindsa is a Professor of Economics at the Punjab School of Economics, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar (India). Dr. Dhindsa has a brilliant career, who after graduating from Punjab University, completed the post-graduate diploma in Economic Development from Glasgow University. Thereafter, he obtained his Master Degree from Leeds University (England). Then he went to London University where he successfully completed his Ph.D. degree. He has published a book titled India”s Export Performance-Some Policy Implications. He has published a fairly large number of research papers in National and International journals. For his post-doctorate he went to the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, during 1989-91. He was the Editor of Indian Journal of Quantitative Economics-A Journal of international Development, during 1994-96. He was the Dean of Faculty of Economics & Business during 1992-93 and was Chairman of Punjab School of Economics. during 1994-96.
