Program at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC.Mr. Parks co-authored Ducking Spears, Dancing Madly: A Biblical Model of Church Leadership with Bruce Birch and is the author of Preaching in the Small Membership Church, both published by Abingdon Press.
