Born in Albany, New York, Mark Springer grew up in Fresno, California, and was educated at UC Berkeley in English and cell biology. Mark was born again and became a Christian in 1986. He is the author of the novel Flesh Becomes Words and currently resides in San Mateo, California, with his wife and two children.
