Dr Asta Vrečko has received her PhD in Art History from the Faculty of Arts of the University of Ljubljana, where she is currently a Researcher. She is a member of the advisory board of the Institute for Labour Studies in Ljubljana, and occasionally works as a curator. Her main research topics are Slovenian and Yugoslav art of the 20th century, particularly art systems, the history of exhibition, and concentration camp art.
