Morten Hertzum is Professor of Information Science in the Department of Communication at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has previously held positions at Roskilde University, University of Strathclyde, Risø National Laboratory, and University of Limerick. Hertzum has published extensively about the implementation and evaluation of information systems, especially in healthcare organizations. He is also the author of a book on usability testing (published by Morgan & Claypool, 2020). His research interests include human-computer interaction, computer-supported cooperative work, healthcare informatics, and organizational implementation.
