Vincent Charles, MSc (Statistics), PhD (OR), PDRF (OM), is currently with CENTRUM Católica Graduate Business School, PUCP, as the Director of CENTRUM Research and as a Full Professor and Principal Researcher. He is an Honorary Professor of Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands, and is also a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Maritime Studies, NUS, Singapore. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Sig Sigma Master Black Belt. He holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management and two Executive Education Certificates on Participant-Centered Learning and Case Writing from Harvard Business School. He has more than 16 years of teaching, research, and consultancy experience in various countries, including India, Malaysia, Peru, Singapore, and the USA, in the fields of applied quantitative analytics. He has published over 70 research papers, which can be seen in refereed proceedings and various journals of repute. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the JCC: The Business and Economics Research Journal. He is a recipient of many international academic honors and awards. Among others, he won the 2013 award in the category of The Most Innovative Study from the Premio PODER to Peru”s Think Tank of the Year; for three consecutive years, 2010-12, he was the recipient of the Highly Commended Award of the Emerald/CLADEA Latin American Management Research Fund Award; and for four consecutive years, 2010-13, he was the recipient of CENTRUM”s annual research contribution award. Mukesh Kumar obtained his PhD in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. He was a Professor at CENTRUM Católica Graduate Business School, PUCP, Lima, Peru. He has previously worked as an Associate Professor at the Management and Science University (MSU), Malaysia, and as an Assistant Professor in the ICFAI Business School Hyderabad (India). He has more than 12 years of experience in teaching. He has published more than 40 research papers in refereed journals/edited books/monographs, and presented his work at numerous national and international conferences. He has received honours and awards on various occasions, including the Highly Commended Award from the Emerald Publishing Group for three consecutive years.
