Picture an angry bull. Add a pool party. Imagine the excitement! Penny Ross Burk has fun with lots of different media: watercolor, oil painting, photography and story-telling. ‘The Bull in the Sky-Blue Muumuu’ is Penny’s fourth children’s book. While raising her two children, Penny made up stories as part of their bedtime routine. Now as a grandma, Penny’s children asked her to write and illustrate those stories for the grandkids.
