Arnd Huchzermeier is the Chaired Professor of Production Management at WHU’s Otto Beisheim School of Management, Germany. His research interests include management quality, variable takt for limitless product individualization, global supply risk management and retail analytics. Shiliang Cui is a Provost”s Distinguished Associate Professor of Operations and Information Management at the Mc Donough School of Business, Georgetown University, USA. His research focuses on studying customer behavior under service settings and companies’ product development and supply chain strategies.
