The author wants to explain to the reader and open his eyes how he is born again, why he will go to heaven and what the death on the cross and the resurrection of Jesus mean for him. He wants to awaken and ignite in him the love for the truth of his salvation, of which Paul writes in his letter to the Thessalonians, so that he will not be lost. This book is a brief summary of the spiritual content of the New Testament.
