This book demonstrates the efficacy of a multidisciplinary intervention strategy for promoting active and healthy ageing, with the assistance of dedicated technological resources. Taking an applied approach, this book promotes active and healthy ageing through the implementation of an intervention model based on the comprehensive geriatric approach (AGA).
