Victor Glass is Professor of Professional Practice and Director of the Center for Research in Regulated Industries (CRRI) in the Department of Finance and Economics at Rutgers University Business School, Newark, New Jersey, USA. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and an MBA from Columbia University.
