Carla O’Neill is a full time student at Willis College and lives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
She is a member of Toast Masters International to improve her writing skills and learn how to grow as a leader in her community. She is working on her E.B.A so she can open her own business and have more time to write. She enjoyed great children’s books growing up and continue to read them now to her own children. She wrote Jennifer Gets a New Smell to teach children that it is alright to be yourself.
