Daniela Amato was born in Italy, raised in The Bronx, New York. She frequently visited the Bronx Zoo where she developed a lifelong love and respect for animals. As Daniela matured and learned about the world around her, she began to question the practices and attitudes observed within the zoo, circus, farming, and food industries.
As Daniela’s awareness deepened, her interests led her to examine the negative impact of industry practices on health and wellness. As a mother of two, she incorporated her findings and beliefs into her life; she developed and nurtured respect and love of animals and earth into her children’s learning.
Daniela is a licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist in New Jersey; she operates her own business- “Healing Treatments Massage Studio” – located in Verona, NJ. Daniela chooses to practice a Vegan lifestyle to help protect the health of humans, animals, and the earth.
