He lives in Bristol, Rhode Island. Scott Isaacs, MD, is a clinical instructor of medicine at Emory University and the medical director at Intelligent Health Center. He has done research on obesity, stress, and diabetes and has contributed to the Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism. He lectures on the subject of hormones and obesity, speaking to community groups and at major events and conferences throughout the United States. Jack Kusler has 30 years of experience as an illustrator. He lives in Omaha, Nebraska.
