Russ has a Bachelor»s Degree from Arizona State University in Drawing and Painting, a Master»s in Theology Degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Master»s Degree in Fine and Applied Art from Cal. State Los Angeles. He has worked for a variety of newspapers, magazines, and comic books as a writer and illustrator. Mr. Miller has produced Russ Miller»s Oddly Enough, a syndicated feature, since 1988. Currently he writes and illustrates a weekly column (Miller»s Musings) for the Chino Valley Review in Arizona. Russ works as a Librarian for Prescott Public Library, and lives in Arizona with his wife, children, and limited livestock.
