Joseph (T. J.) Smith was born and raised in Selma, Alabama. He honorably served twenty years in the United States Air Force and twenty-one fantastic years in the corporate world. He has a gift and passion for motivating and inspiring others. T. J. created atmospheres and programs where others would have opportunities to excel personally and professionally. T. J. Smith was educated in the United States and England. He currently serves as a proud member of the board of directors for a large homeless shelter in the greater Atlanta area. He is a man of faith and has entered into a phase of his life where he loves to write, teach, and inspire others based on his own experiences.
