This intrinsic behavior ofcentral atoms in condensed matter is quantified by applyingstatistical approach. Averaging of extrinsic factors incrystal structures is tested by using variance analysis. Introductionof the above mentioned concept and applicationsof variance analysis as an approximation for consideringfactors influencing properties of central atomin thecrystal is original and new.
