Nijaz Bajgoric is a Professor of Business Computing and Information Technology Management at the School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) Lejla Turulja is an Associate Professor of Business Computing, Management Information Systems, and Information Technology Management at the School of Economics and Business at the University of Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina). She is the Program Director of the Financial and Marketing Management program at the University.​ Amra Alagić is a Ph D student at the School of Economics and Business, University of Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina). She works at the Federal Banking Agency in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) as an Information System Auditor and has more than 15 years professional experience in IT supervision and audit. She is a Ph D candidate at the University of Sarajevo.
